How South East Queensland organisations are combining breathwork and animal assisted therapy in their workplaces and events to create a memorable experience with sustainable results
(through a wellbeing activity they will actually enjoy)

Here's what we usually get asked
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support mental clarity. It’s simple, accessible, and incredibly effective, no prior experience needed.
Yes, and no. While breathing is automatic, most of us spend our days in shallow, unconscious breath patterns that can increase stress and fatigue. Breathwork teaches you how to use your breath intentionally to regulate your nervous system, improve mental clarity, and support overall wellbeing.
Each session includes a gentle introduction to breathwork, optional interaction with Louie the therapy dog, and guided breathing exercises tailored to the needs of the group. Sessions are designed to be calming, inclusive, and accessible for all participants.
Our sessions run for 60 minutes and are designed for interactive session combining breathwork and animal assisted therapy for up to 20 participants per group. We can cater for larger groups and events with breathwork being the core focus of the session. We also offer shorter or extended sessions and can tailor the experience to suit your needs.
Most people leave feeling noticeably calmer, clearer, and more connected. Both to themselves and their team. You may experience reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of emotional balance. The effects can be immediate and often build over time with regular practice.
Not at all. Sessions are designed to be accessible and inclusive. Breathwork can be done seated in chairs, sitting on the floor or lying down. Whatever feels most comfortable and appropriate for your space and group.
We completely understand. Louie’s presence is optional and managed with care. If your group includes individuals who prefer not to be near dogs, we can adjust the session and ensure Louie does not interact with specific participants, whilst they still gain the benefits of the breathwork component of the session.
Yes! Louie is available for therapy dog visits, minus the breathwork, offering calm, comforting interactions that boost morale and emotional wellbeing. These visits can be great for drop-in wellness days, team resets, or staff who prefer an interactive approach.
I’m a certified trauma-informed life coach, trained through the Beautiful You Coaching Academy. A breathwork facilitator, trained through Mens Medicine in evidence-based breathwork techniques. I also work alongside Louie, my certified therapy dog, accredited by Therapy Dogs Australia.
We currently offer in-person sessions across the South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
